At first glance, the National Museum of Romanian History is not very much impressed me since I saw a large building with a neoclassical look, with a portico supported by 10 Doric columns.Then, my history teacher told us (me and colleagues) that this building is the former Palace of the Post, built around the years 1894-1900 the inn's former Constantin Brâncoveanu. Nice I was impressed inside the museum of armor and stone carvings made by our ancestors, the weapons they used them, but especially the Romanian people treasure. Hundreds of gold objects in a room is well equipped and well secured. Since the coins that people use to make trade to armor, helmets, swords, all the gold or just kings and queens jewels of Romania were there.

Organized in the same building and a book fair, came to support the promotion of Romanian literature among young people!
