Munţii Bucegi

I n Bucegi Mountains are some of the most beautiful tourist attractions in Romania, and Babele and Sphinx. I traveled this route in summer 2007 in a camp at school for a period of 3 days.On the way to the cabin where we had to cazăm (Chalet Diana - hotel near the cave), I stopped at Bolboci Dam, where we admired its clarity, but also natural beauty. The day after we installed the chalet, we went to Refuge Rescue, and from there we equipped with everything we need for such a hike. Note, however, is that the mountain rescue can take refuge and cable car. We had a guide that, at each stop, told us about the things that surround us. After I went for 3 hours, I finally managed to reach the chalet Babele and see the monument of nature with the same name and the famous Sphinx. Next day I had visited the cave as a tourist Ialomicioara, located about 30 minutes from Cabana Diana. We came with the same guide who showed us the different rocks with certain meanings, told us all about the legends written Ancestor the cave and gave us some lessons about how to avoid dangers of the cave.

I think that this trip was wonderful and was also an opportunity to enrich my general culture of geography!
